1. ONLINE SHOPPING
1.1 Every care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product is accurate. However, while the reproduction of colours is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about your order.
1.2 By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. By placing an order you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
2.1 Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the ‘Confirm Order Button’, an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Petria Lenehan.
2.2 Acceptance of an order placed by you online and the completion of the contract between you and PetriaLenehan will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below.
4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
4.1 The Returns Policy is for goods purchased on the petrialenehan.com website.
4.2 Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund. Please return them in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging), with all labels and garment tags still attached within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
4.3 Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount against the original form of tender. Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility except in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
4.4 Returns or Exchange Procedure

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage, and remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us. When you return goods, please retain proof of postage and clearly mark your return number provided on the front of the package.

8/ We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. 5. DELIVERY INFORMATION
In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days of you placing your order. During promotions, sales or holidays, shipping time may be delayed up to 7 business days. Orders received on weekend days and holidays will be processed no sooner than the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your Track & Trace number and a link to the website where you can follow your item. Please allow 2 to 5 days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made within working hours and require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
US Sales tax will be charged only on items shipped within New York state. No tax will be applied to US orders outside of New York.
Please note that customers outside of the US will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
International delivery times vary depending on destination.
